Feebas could be the 2nd weakest Pokemon next to Magikarp. His natural moveset is the same as Magikarp, Splash, Tackle and, Flail so it's basicly the same strength as Magikarp. Even Feebas's evolution, Milotic is the same strength as Magikarp's evolution.

Feebas is a water type with a height of 2'00" and a weight of 16.3 lbs. In the card above it's a fire type, but that's not true. On Pokemon
diamond,
pearl and,
platinum version Feebas is almost everywhere in Mt.Cornet. Black and
white it's in the water fishing on Route 1. How you evolve it on black and white is put a prism scale while trading it. Both Feebas and Magikarp are almost the same size and Gryndidos is to Milotic. So are they related? You can choose.
