Charizard, how strong is he really?

This is a Galactick People card I made. It sort of looks like Charizard.

 So how strong is he really? People say he's super strong with his awesome duel type. Fire/Flying, how much better can it get? He's 5'7'' and weighs 199.5 lbs. That's a pretty good size.

 If you want one on your game you have to own Pokemon Red,Blue,Yellow,Fire Red or Leaf Green. If you want one on your DS you have to either trade with a friend, trade with WI-FI or transfer one from the other games.

 Now let's talk about some of his attacks. In one book it says's his special moves are Fire Spin, Heat Wave and Fire Blitz. On one of my cards he has the move of Scorching Whirlwind which does 120 damage, but it cost 4 fire energy cards. By the way this card is a 2002 card 40/165 by Hiromichi Sugiyama.

OK, how strong is he really? I personally think he's one of the strongest Pokemon. He's defiantly the Pokemon you need if you need to leave a Pokemon burning.
